DeleteWe also had 2 google meets everyday.
One was at 9.30am where we started with Karakia (Prayer) and then panui (notices for learning that day). We also practiced our Te Reo before we got on with our learning for the day.
The second google meets of day was at 2.30pm. This is where we had Karakia Whakamutunga (End of the day prayer) after we did our checkins to see how all of our learning went during the day. And YES we loved our class calls, we were very blessed.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Shane from glen taylor school. I like how you did a funky lock down call. It is very creative and awesome. We normally don't do that often. But it is very funny and mostly creative of how yous have wigs and hats and stuff. It sounded like you had a funky idea. Because it looks funky and how you wrote the title like that. And plus you guys must of had a lot of fun and also enjoyment.

We had soooo much fun getting our hair, hats and wigs ready to share on google meets.
Was it a funky day at that time?
Yes it was! It was the last day of school for the week, so we dressed up and took online photos. We also had spot prizes for those that came to our google meet that morning. There was laughter, smiles and lots of good vibes for our Porangi Paraire.
What kind of wigs did we wear?
There were green wigs, red wigs, yellow, wigs. There were alo hats and glasses. It was awesome fun connecting online while were we in lockdown.
